Good morning

My name is Lydie André. I am a happy mom of a little girl born in 2019.  My concern is to help women reaching more serenity and well being throughout massages.

About me

My favorite things to do : dancing, well-being activities in general, decorating, cooking and massaging of course!

The subjects that really interest me : personal development, post-partum, matrescence, children awareness, healthy cooking, needs and emotion expression throughout the body.

My values : honesty, tolerance, respect, empathy.

My best quality : attentive.

My specialty : helping women to gain more serenity throughout massage.

My trainings : graduated from the Institut Cassiopée in world massages, pregnant women and baby massages and slimming massages. Graduated from Temana school for the Chi Nei Tsang massage.

My activities for my well-being : dancing, family moments, meditation, dark chocolate (yes I am a food lover!)

Ma favorite quote : "the most beautiful and necessary knowledge is self-awareness" Nicolas Malebranche

My vision of well-being : each person should make its own path and find the way that match the most : sport, meditation, massage, therapy ; all those elements are tools to choose and adjust to suit your own needs. The most important finally is to find the tools that will aim to live your life the better way you want for yourself.

My story

Since a very young age, I have been very interested in topics around well-being. Whether it's sport, diet, aromatherapy, massage or even beauty (in my opinion, beauty is a component that makes me feel good about myself).

Massage came into my life very young (I would say I was 9 or 10 years old). The mother of a friend I had at school had done training for her work and had spoken to me about it and she had shown me some movements, I found it fascinating! At that time, I started massaging family members and friends on intuition. Later, I went into physiotherapy so that I could make a career out of it, but I quickly realized that massage was not really an integral part of their daily life. And making a living from massage when you weren't a physiotherapist seemed very complicated at the time. So I moved on to other studies.

In 2019, my little ray of sunshine was born : my beautiful daughter. An arrival which made us very happy but which also challenged us a lot. We are not born parents and I believe that this role is one of the most complex of my entire life! It was at that moment that I became interested in postpartum, in the phenomenon of matrescence to better understand all the contradictory emotions I was experiencing. Fascinating topics that helped me find balance, MY balance.

After more than 10 years in the field of marketing and communication in different companies (energy, telecommunications, beauty, mass distribution and DIY), I no longer felt at all aligned with my deep values. I felt this need to realize my little girl's dream : to pursue a profession of passion and to be an entrepreneur. I therefore decided to begin a career change that I would carry out in parallel with my activity at the time as publishing manager. But the various events in the company's life took a toll on my mental health, I was on the verge of burn-out... I continued my training with less energy but I did not want to lose sight of my life changing goal. Little by little, I learned to take a step back, to slow down the pace in order to progress better later. And the energy returned, that flame that animates you when you do something you love and that radiates you.

Today I am delighted to do the job I love and to share with you moments of serenity and return to oneself with the creation of Noua Luna.
